I am determined to make food trays the hip, modern, new dinnerware. I love the different colors and dividers and I love the idea of serving my dinner guests in these. The only drawback I see is that it will be really hard not to start a food fight.

Fall is a time of mysteries and intrigue. I’ve been captured by Piero Fornasetti’s images of the woman who captured his imagination. He came across a picture of a 19th century French opera singer in an old magazine. He made a series of 30 black and white plates with a variation on her image and then he went on to create up to 350.
